To: Jim O'Dell From: James Rauen Date: May 29, 1988 Jim, This is a brief letter letting you know that today (May 29, 1988) is my last day working here in Cambridge. My key and building identification card are enclosed. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to finish writing the technical manual. There are several chapters which still need to be written. I am willing to finish drafting the manual during the summer. If you would like me to do so, I will be able to devote a few hours each week to it. I have a PC and modem which shouldn't have any problems connecting to Angel. If you would like to set up such an arrangement, we can simply extend my consulting contract (hopefully with a minimum of paperwork). If we do, then I will bill GSI hourly. I will also expect to be reimbursed for the telephone charges incurred while uploading and downloading files from Angel. I am aware of and will abide by the nondisclosure agreement which I signed last November. I do not have any GSI proprietary documents or other property in my possession. It's been fun working here. Have a nice summer...I'll drop by to say hello in the fall. Sincerely, James Rauen
